2. Scope, purpose and legal basis of processing

2.1. Enquiries

Where the data subject contacts the controller by email or telephone, the controller processes the data necessary to answer that enquiry, namely the data subject’s name, contact details and the content of the enquiry. The website contains no contact form.

Purpose: answering the enquiry and maintaining contact.
Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the controller in responding to enquiries addressed to it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period: one year after the enquiry is closed.

2.2. Contractual relationships

Where an order is placed, the controller processes the data necessary to perform the contract and to comply with accounting obligations.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Retention period: eight years, pursuant to Section 169(2) of Act C of 2000 on accounting.

2.3. Visiting the website

The website uses no analytics, profiling or marketing cookies and creates no visitor profiles. Typefaces are served from the site’s own host, with no third party involved. The hosting provider may keep server logs for the operation and security of the system, which may include the visitor’s IP address, the time of the visit and the page requested.

3. Processors and third-party services

Hosting provider: stores the website and its server logs, acting as a processor.
Google Ireland Limited (Google Maps): displays the embedded map in the contact section. When the map loads, Google may process data relating to the visitor’s browser in accordance with its own privacy policy.

4. Transfer of data

The controller does not transfer or sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is transferred solely to comply with a legal obligation or to the extent necessary to perform the contract.

5. Rights of the data subject

Under the GDPR the data subject has the following rights:
